About Tim Brogan I was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and currently live in Northern Liberties since 2003. After graduating from college where I played Division 1 Soccer, I entered into the Pharmaceutical industry. I spent a decade as a top producing sales representative for top Pharmaceutical companies. During that time I began investing in Real Estate and had success buying and selling properties. I joined Coldwell Banker Preferred - Old City in January, 2010 and began my second career fully loaded with extensive sales and marketing training along with top notch customer service.
