I started my real estate career right after graduation from Gettysburg College with a degree in physics. To this day people ask how I ended up in real estate. A valid question and to answer I will simply say it was appealing to be my own boss where my success hinged on my personal efforts.

I like the idea of helping people make responsible well educated buying decisions. Real estate isn't as simple as buying a home, it's an investment, an asset, and a risk. It's important to calculate the prior into the decision making process to realize piece of mind and eventually financing reward. If you stay forever (most people don't) then the decision is easy because it really is just a home.

Over the past few years and during my time in real estate technology has taking a commanding roll over marketing. Newspapers are no longer the best advertising. Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc are the proper avenues for advertising. When you decide to list with me I'll explain how I will make use of social media to provide maximum exposure. Paper advertising is a dying resource but it has its place in marketing depending on the property. You see a 2 story colonial will be marketed to a different demographic than a home in a 55+ community. Our goal will be to put the home in front of customers that will most likely purchase that home. It is these principals that get more homes sold in less time.
