She was a residential Sales Manager for two of the largest real estate companies in New Castle County (Prudential and Patterson-Schwartz & Associates) for 17 years. She and her husband then moved to the beach where she joined Jack Lingo, Inc. and has consistently, along with her business partner, Randy Mason, been one of the top producers for the company for the last 18 years. She trains all the new sales associates in the company and is an Instructor at Sussex County Association of REALTORS. She has won numerous awards, REALTOR of the Year, REALTOR Associate of the Year, Educator of the Year, NCCBOR Hall of Fame. She was President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS, 2nd Vice President of Delaware Association of REALTORS and 2nd Vice President of Sussex County Association of REALTORS. She was past Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee of Sussex County Assn. of REALTORS and is a trained Mediator .Shirley is one of the most respected REALTORS in the State of Delaware.
