Why choose me? As a Coast Guard military veteran, I spent a career moving every 2-3 years, so I really understand the process. Let me put my experience to work for you!
I'm also a Military Relocation Professional, a certification gained through training and passing a national exam with the National Association of Realtors on VA loans and all aspects of the military move.
For active duty members getting assigned to Coast Guard HQ, JB Bolling, or other military bases, I speak your language: CONUS, OCONUS, TDY, PCS BAH, E5, O5, etc. I understand the time pressure involved with selling a home quickly or finding one here at your next duty station.
My additional formal education consists of an MBA and a master's degree in Instructional Systems. I've also received an advanced Realtor certification as a Pricing Strategy Advisor. I'm one of the few nationwide to hold this certification. I was also recently recognized by the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors with a 2020 bronze-level production award.
