A native of Lewes, Delaware, Kathy Ford graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science. After raising her children and 30 successful years in the medical field, Ford earned her Real Estate license in 2000. In her first full year, Ford earned the Presidents Circle Award, closing over 50 transactions. Ford also earned her Real Estate Brokers license in 2007. Ford has consistently received the Presidents Circleaward for the past four years.
