After graduating from Cape Henlopen High School in 1980, Bob joined the U. S. Coast Guard and for sixteen of his twenty-one year career, Bob was fortunate enough to live and serve our country in the Rehoboth/Lewes area. He served in command positions for more than half of his career. In December of 1994, Bob became a REALTOR and joined the family business. In April of 2001, after achieving the highest enlisted pay grade of Master Chief Petty Officer (E-9), Bob retired from the Coast Guard and began his second full-time career in Real Estate. He became an Associate Broker in November of 2002 and received the CENTURY 21 Masters Club Emerald Award for 2003. Bob is well versed in residential and commercial sales but considers land acquisition & development his strongest assets. As a Broker, Bob has the necessary experience and commitment to guide you through your real estate ventures. Whether it's property sales in the Rehoboth Beach area, or a larger parcel for development - you'll find he will provide the information you need to begin an educated market assessment.
