Hello, and thank you for visiting my website! 16 years ago I caught the real estate bug after reading a book by a famous real estate investor named Robert Kiyosaki. In this book, the author laid out all the benefits of owning real estate and I was hooked! I quickly began looking for opportunities to purchase my first investment and ended up buying a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom pre-sale condo unit shortly thereafter.
Since that day I have purchased, sold, renovated, long-term rental managed, and short-term rental managed many properties for myself. It's safe to say, I believe in real estate as an asset class! The way I like to imagine the real estate market is as if you were tossing a tennis ball in the air and catching it while riding upwards on an escalator. Markets fluctuate up and down in the short term, but if you stay in the game long enough, it always increases. After all, they aren't making any more dirt!
After a decade in the construction industry building residential, commercial, and industrial real estate as a tower crane operator, I decided to challenge myself and get licensed as a Real Estate Professional. I jumped in with both feet and my passion for real estate quickly earned me the Medallion Member award as a top 10% agent on my MLS. I continually look for ways to improve my craft, and most recently I completed my Real Estate Broker training, leveling up my education to serve you better.
