As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Professional, Alba utilizes her experience and abilities to provide an utmost quality service to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Her primary focus is to guide each client through the process of selling, purchasing, and/or leasing residential real estate in the Palm Beach County. Her clients recognize her as a top notch realtor due to her professionalism, diligence, honesty, and results-oriented abilities as well as her dedication. These qualities are making Alba's network grow with happy clients. EDUCATION Alba was born in Ecuador and grew up in New Jersey where she learned English, finished schooling and continued learning Spanish. She obtained her B.S. degree with a major in Accounting and later her Certified Public Accountant certification in New York. She worked at Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years and gained valuable experience and skills. In 2001, Alba relocated to South Florida to enjoy the beaches and sunshine. She became fascinated with real estate that decided to make a career change. In 2007, Alba obtained her Realtor license and joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She attended Coldwell Banker University to learn the skills and knowledge that meet the needs of sellers and buyers. On a regular basis, Alba attends courses to keep abreast with the constant changes in real estate and technology.
