I was born in Cheswick, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh. In 1978, I was recruited by the CIA, moved and lived in the Washington, DC area for 7 years, continuing my education at NVCC. I relocated to MA in 1985 where I held the position of Program Manager for Banyan Systems, a leader in computer networking. My husband Joe and I moved to Port Charlotte, FL in 1996 when we relocated his national recruiting company. I joined in his efforts and together we continued to grow that business.

I entered the real estate business in 2000 as a single agent for Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, soon after my husband and I formed a very successful productive team.
In June 2007, achieved my Florida Broker's license and also in September 2007 my e-Pro designation. I moved on to start Becky Borci Realty in a very down market - April 2008 and soon was very proud of our office and its accomplishments at such a very challenging time. Our agents relied on my many years of customer support and business experience to help guide, train and/or coach them to deliver the best service to their customers. We have always set the highest standard to help our customers during every step of the real estate process.

In early 2017 we realized we were not able to offer our customers and REALTOR agents what a GLOBAL worldwide brokerage could offer. We decided in May to merge back with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, a Schmidt Family of Realtors, to take our CUSTOMERS, REALTOR agents and company to the next level. It's not about us, it's about our customers. Hence my motto from the beginning in 2000 - MY CUSTOMERS ARE MY BUSINESS. Let my team be there for you! We are now the Borci Platinum Group at Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty.

Becky specializes in gated communities..., boating, golf courses, new construction, vacant lots and waterfront transactions.
