Janice Busovne is your home town Realtor. She was raised on the Emerald Coast and lived in California for 10 years after graduating from college in Michigan. Janice and her family returned to Niceville in 1997 when she became a full time Realtor with Carriage Hills Realty. Janice moved her license to Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast in April 2011, helped open the new Niceville Keller Williams office in July 2011 and formed Team Busovne in November 2012. Janice is a leading Realtor in Niceville selling over 200 million in property during her 20 years of service to the Emerald Coast. She has dedicated herself to providing the highest degree of customer service to help both buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals in Niceville, Destin, Ft Walton Beach, Crestview and the surrounding areas. In both 2001 and 2006, Janice was honored by being selected as the Niceville agent of the year for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors. Janice holds a Brokers license and has earned several prestigious designations including Graduate of the Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist . Janice completed the ECAR Leadership Development Program in 2001, served on the board of directors for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors from 2009-2011, is a member of the Professional Standards committee, was co-chair for the ECAR LDP for 2012 and was the chair for ECAR LDP for 2013. Janice strongly believes in participating in the community in which she lives. She has served on the Destin Middle School and Ruckel Middle School Advisory Committees, volunteered with youth soccer, is a member of the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, graduated from Leadership Okaloosa 2006, and in 2008 she was selected as an honorary commander for the 53rd Wing at EAFB. In 2011, Janice also helped establish the 53d Wing Honorary Commander Alumni Association. In her free time, Janice is an avid tennis player. She is a member of the Bluewater Bay Tennis Club and is on the BWB Double Trouble tennis team. She also loves to travel with her husband Bernie who is also a Realtor working on her team. Janice and Bernie raised their family in Niceville. Julia graduated in 2012 with a degree in business finance from the University of Central Florida and received her MBA through the University of West Florida. Nathan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2016 with business degrees in finance and energy management. Janice is a dedicated real estate professional who always puts the needs of her clients first and strives to provide the best service possible.
