Born and raised in Florida, Matthew Thomas moved to Gainesville in 2005 to pursue his real estate career with his father, John Thomas. Soon after arriving in Gainesville, Matt met Tiffany, and they would be married by the following year.
As a team both in and out of the office, Tiffany and Matt worked incredibly hard to fill Gainesvilles homes with happy families, and that determination to be the at the top of their field helped Matt and Tiffany become Top Producers as Realtors in the Gainesville/Alachua County area. They have been in the top 1 percent for Realtors in the county since 2005 with over 1000 customers served and 200 million in sales.
In January of 2012, Tiffany and Matt saw the potential for a boutique real estate firm in the Gainesville community, and soon after, Thomas Group Realty was born. As the Broker-Owners of the Thomas Group, Matt and Tiffany helped make the company a real family endeavor, bringing John Thomas, as well as Lore and Eric Davis, Tiffanys mother and brother, into the Thomas Group fold. As their real estate family grew, so too did Matt and Tiffanys family, which now includes four children.
Since opening their doors in 2012, Matt and Tiffany have shown a knack for recruiting top-tier Realtors. It remains consistently ranked as a top 5 real estate office in Alachua county.
