Francisco Nieves-Taranto is the president of RentCare Property Management. His practice
specializes in single family dwellings since 1993. He is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and a
graduate from UPR with degrees in Marketing and Finance.
He founded the company with his family and immediately discovered his passion for real estate
management. Currently RentCare employs 7 team members to help run the operation located in
Southwest Orlando, covering four counties and more than 200 units.
He currently holds prestigious designations on his field and is part of the board of directors for
Local Board of REALTORS Professional Development Committee, Property Management Council, The
National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), as well as several local Chambers of
Commerce.
Francisco and his wife Lauren are proud parents of 4 children. He enjoys spending time outdoors
playing sports with his family and is involved in community organizations like the YMCA, Boys Scouts of
America and The Men of Holy Family.
