I am originally from New York and moved to Florida 27 years ago. I lived in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral for 10 years and moved to. Charlotte, North Carolina for 9 years, returning back to Florida 9 years ago. I have 15+ years of Property Management experience in Florida, New York, and North Carolina as well as over 20+ years experience in the home construction business. I love every aspect of searching for houses and working with people to find exactly what they want in their dream home. I have both my Brokers license and CAM license. I specialize in 55+ communities, Gated, Waterfront and Golf course communities, luxury homes, Villas and Condominiums.
