Sergio Saia is a 40 plus year Real Estate veteran and entrepreneur.
Sergio started his Real Estate career at Merrill Lynch Realty, there he enjoyed immediate success becoming the rookie of the year and the top listing agent and winning numerous awards and contests.
In 1990 Sergio became the first agent of Re/max of Long Island where again he quickly rose through the ranks to become a branch manager in the Babylon office.
In 1992, he opened his first franchise office of Realty Executives and his office in Babylon quickly became the number 1 office in the state.
After learning the inner workings of construction Sergio ventured into new home construction and started building homes throughout Long Island, using the best materials and workmanship his houses routinely sold far above asking price.
In 1996 Sergio opened the Executive Group Realty and expanded his practice into default and distressed assets; at the same time Sergio developed the "Executive Selling System"
By 2017 Sergio had expanded his Real Estate holdings and became an avid investor of distressed assets and routinely helps to save homes from foreclosure.
Sergio also donates his time with homeowners in distress and assists in obtaining Loan Modifications for families that cannot afford their mortgage.
In 2016 Sergio opened his Smithtown and NYC branches and the state of the art secure buildings features Mortgage and legal services, Title insurance and default asset management.
