I work with sellers and buyers for residential and commercial property sales and commercial rentals. The majority of my clients are sellers. However, I work well with all residential clients, including first time home buyers, retirees and families. My clients give me excellent reviews, because I go the extra mile for them. I am a member of the Florida Realtors Association Honor Society for 2016 and 2017. I have received Heartland Association of Realtors' awards - Rookie of the Year 2013, Association Achiever 2015, Association Achiever 2018. I have served on the board of directors for Heartland Association of Realtors as director, secretary, treasurer and president.
I am a history buff with a strong connection to Sebring's historic properties. I have sold many historic properties (and purchased a few myself). I am proficient with historic downtown Sebring commercial properties for lease and for sale.
As a young adult my parent's business was large multi-family complexes. I have also been involved in real estate as an investor, a historic hotel owner, and my family business has been a builder/ remodeling contractor for many years.
My experience as an investor and home builder translates to good service for investment buyers.
My main geographical focus is all areas of Sebring.
