Carolyn is a retired police officer from Massachusetts who moved to Sebastian ten years ago. I was a snowbird who came to Florida every winter, usually staying in the Keys. While camping at Sebastian Inlet State Park one winter I discovered and fell in love with Sebastian, and instantly knew I had found my home. Living and working in this sleepy little fishing village of Sebastian is a dream come true for me. The friendly people, the laid-back 'feel of the Keys', and the beauty of the Indian River and Atlantic Ocean that fills my senses everyday, makes me feel like I am always on vacation - living a dream. Carolyn and Jim Belanger head the Live Now Team, showing and listing properties. We experience great success in assisting clients with all their real estate needs. I am a people-person and love the interactions with all the great people I meet here in Sebastian and find my work very rewarding. Working as a Dale Sorensen Agent really excites me.
