My wife (Kendall) and I have a passion for serving others in their search to buy their dream home or sell their current home.
Kendall and I met in middle school, started dating in high school but attended separate colleges in Virginia. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I began working at NSWC PCD to pay back a scholarship I received in college. During the three and half years I worked at NSWC, Kendall and I bought a duplex, renovated it, and rented out both sides to long term tenants.
Kendall received her Bachelors in Business from University of Mary Washington and received her MBA from Liberty University. She began working for David and Lisa's Beach Rentals (ourbeachpropertieswww) in 2017 and has grown their rental management portfolio to over 30 short term vacation rentals, all while helping buyers find their dream home.
