Originally from Atlanta, Ga, Jonathan demonstrated immense work ethic and accomplishment after completing his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rollins College in Orlando. Jonathan specialized in understanding alternative investing (Real Estate) outside the conventional stock market. He then carried this education into the Tampa Market and has learned all the desired locations according to what families were specifically searching for. He has also become an expert on local eats, events, and opportunities from Tampa to St Pete.
Jonathans decision to pursue Real Estate stemmed from when he first moved to Florida to work for Disney as a lifeguard. This key developmental year in his life created 2 parallel paths that he would follow. Following the first path, he recognized the strong market and potential within the state of Florida and wanted to be a driving factor in its RE economy. Following the second path, as a lifeguard he grew a compassionate desire to medically help people when they were having one of the worst days of their life. He amplified this training and became a Fire/EMT (currently training paramedic) to reach out to people in need all over Tampa. Jonathan spends free time assisting less fortunate people with his Church passing food and clothes out around Ybor City and volunteering and mentoring to foster kids.
All of this goes to show that Jonathan has strong passion for assisting other people. This goes to show that his services, analytics, and research will put him ahead of other services within the market that are available. Jonathan operates within one of the highest potential teams, in the top growing brokerages in Florida.
