With a wife and 2 children to support I always worked 2 jobs -- when I opened my Construction Company at the age of 30 with in 2 yrs grew from a 1 man show to 6 employes. This led me to the habits of being an early riser along with increasing my organizational skills, customer relation skills and strategic planning abilities.

I spent My early years in Real Estate with ERA in Maine and quickly rose to the top 10% of Realtors in the state. I enjoy helping others meet their goals and dreams so much Vickie & I moved to Florida where we could Sell year round.
I started working for Properties of The Villages in 2001 and was quickly recognized for Sales Excellence having Sold 50 homes in one year in 2003. Since then I meet that goal 18 more times selling more than 50 homes every year. I pride myself in going Above & Beyond for all of my clients.
