The Fort Myers Beach was a vacation paradise for Jerry and Kitty Gotham for 22 years prior to making it their home. Original Wisconsin natives and avid Packer Backers, they have owned property on the Beach since 2001 and have been residents since 2002.
Prior to coming to Real Estate, they both enjoyed successful careers working with people. Jerry as a high school and then university coach ending his career in education as a college dean. Kitty had a number of varied experiences as a Registered Nurse and finally in Nursing Education Administration.
Jerry and Kitty work in partnership at Lahaina Realty. They selected Lahaina because of its emphasis on professionalism, honesty, and integrity fits with their philosophy and values. They believe that whether you are buying or selling your first or twentieth property, you should be completely comfortable with the process and your decision.
We are currently working with clients from 22 states and 4 canadian provinces, either sending them new listings, price reductions or completing home or condo puchases. We each hold several open houses a week on Fort Myers Beach so if you see one of our signs, stop in and chat.
