I have resided in Charlotte County since 1974. I am originally from the Chicago land area. I served aboard the USS Whipple FF-1062 Pearl Harbor HI after graduating from Charlotte High School in 1980. After serving my country ( Best decision I ever made as a young man) I was hired by the Punta Gorda USPS and worked 21 years locally as a window clerk and retired in 2006. I know the area extremely well. I have *many connections* with life long friends who have become important vendors to my customers in real estate. I am a people person first and foremost. Excellent Communication, Honesty and Integrity are qualities I strive to maintain in all interactions with buyers, sellers, agents, and a network of people I work with in the field of Real Estate.
