Steve grew up in the family business (4th generation) of real estate development on the island of Newfoundland, Canada where he helped manage the family's investment properties, including a chain of home improvement centers and a shopping mall. In his 20's Steve attended University in St. Louis pursuing a career in medicine. After graduation in 2001, "Dr. Steve" moved to Southwest Florida where he built several successful clinics before devoting all his time to real estate.
