Younes Elkhander is a real estate broker based out of Central Florida with over eighteen years of local experience. Elkhander is a state licensed broker and instructor, and began his career in sales and marketing for developers of luxury resorts. After a successful career in this industry, Younes realized he wanted to work in a division of sales and service that had a more personal touch, and made the transition to residential and commercial real estate in 2004.
Younes has closed nearly 1600 transactions and secured a quarter billion in residential and commercial sales, including the sale of two mansions to an actual princess so he knows how to treat every client with the same respect as one would treat royalty! Previously, he lead the top team in the State of Florida with GMAC Real Estate, and is passionate about mentoring the new generation of real estate professionals, giving them the tools they need to catapult into success. Under his leadership, the GMAC team earned recognition from multiple organizations, including the Florida Homebuyer Magazine, the Orlando City Magazine, the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, and many others, and currently holds a Five Star Zillow rating.
