A second-generation Floridian, Jennifer Springfield, Realtor, has her Bachelors degree and Law degree from the University of Florida, and has lived in the Gainesville area for nearly 35 years, but grew up in Palm Beach County. Her husband Emory, a Gainesville native, has operated his own law firm here for 30 years. They have two adult sons - Blaise and Frazier.
Jennifer spent her entire legal career handling a wide range of real property related matters, obtained her real estate license in March 2016, and completed the Florida REALTORS Graduate Realtor Institute in 2019. She is ready to put her knowledge to work for you.
Jennifer specializes in providing expert assistance and exceptional service to those who are looking to relocate and/or downsize (Baby Boomers), first-time home buyers (Millennials), and everyone in-between, including investors looking to buy and sell residential and commercial properties, or vacant land.
