We also offer in-person listing where we handle all the listing details for you including meeting with you at the property, taking the photos, gathering all the property information and providing you with hard copies of documents. For $495, the in-person listing is a great option for sellers who do not already have their own original photos or don't have access to a printer, scanner, etc.

Buyer Rebate Program -If you like our flat fee listing program, you will love our buyer rebate program where we give you 1/2 of the commission.
