My name is Janet Pereira Peraza and I have a Master degree in Business Administration, a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Marketing in my country an its equivalents here in U.S. I also studied at Jefferson Community College in Louisville, Ky and administered my own business until I sold it to fallow my dream of be a Real Estate Agent. Now my Knowledge of Marketing and Business Administration give me the necessary tools to help my clients to meet their needs looking for the best deals on the market and considering that each client is different. As a realtor I enjoy helping people in the real estate process, renting, listing your home or buying a new one. Me llamo Janet Pereira Peraza y antes de estar en el negocio de bienes races en mi pas me gradu de ingeniera y luego trabaje en el sector del turismo donde me convert en especialista de primer grado en gestin hotelera, estudie Marketing turstico y me hice Mster en administracin de empresas. Aqu en Los Estados Unidos studie en el Jefferson Community College en Kentucky y tuve mi propio negocio el cual yo administre hasta que lo vendi parea dedicarme a la actividad de bienes raices que conoci desde que llegue aqu y se convirtio en mi gran pasion.
