Every neighborhood association has different requirements and rules and regulations with everything from how many pets you may have and what they weigh, to what type of vehicles are permitted, and what sort of monthly fees are mandatory.
Unlike the brokers of the past, the thinking here is forward. Realtors of today need to understand and have working knowledge of more than just their own neighborhood. About me: After having experience in both a boutique office setting and a large brokerage, I decided to open Kogan Estate Homes, Inc., and offer a boutique-style office with exceptional service for serious-minded clients looking here in southeast Florida. As a near-native Floridian, I was transplanted here from Great Neck, New York 43 years ago. Prior to real estate I was an executive selling print advertising and marketing, and business to business sales. I enjoy art, photography, golf and meeting other like-minded entrepreneurs.
