I was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Punta Gorda from Rockville Centre, Long Island in 1983. We wanted a small town atmosphere and haven't been disappointed. Punta Gorda has lots of park space along the waterfront and height restrictions of 50 Feet so we have no high rise buildings obstructing our waterfront. We are best known for our canal front homes, art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, Fishermen's Village, and being a bike friendly community. About 18 miles of walking, biking trails throughout Punta Gorda and the best fishing, boating, golf, tennis and pickleball enhance our town.
My background before moving to Punta Gorda was in retail sales. I worked my way up the ladder at Bloomingdales which I believe was good training for my Real Estate career. Marketing and customer service was what we specialized in and the same holds true for Real Estate. Prompt and professional service is my priority. Let me show you what we have to offer.
