My rental investment experience comes from being a property manager for many years for Collado Real Estate and NSB Homes as well as personally owning rental investment properties I have served on the board of directors of condo associations. I am a transplant from Madison Wisconsin. I claimed my piece of paradise here in New Smyrna Beach in 2005 but before settling in NSB I searched the state of Florida looking for that perfect island charm and needless to say this is it. I love this area and the community and will work hard to find you your dream home with persistence, dedication and determination and most importantly a positive can do attitude! My interests include: long walks on the beach, bike riding, kayaking, paddle boarding, Florida Gator's football and basketball and Cuda football, Golf and Nascar racing.
