Driving around and seeing the houses decked out for Halloween and Christmas is always a favorite. Halloween is sofun for the kids and adults. The community comes together and really makes it so memorable for families. Christmas is attractive and the lights make the season extra warm and inviting. The events on Market Street are fun. There are events for Easter, the end of the school year, Memorial Day, Fall, Christmas and so many others. Palencia is a large neighborhood, but everyone is so friendly and it's a close knit community. Once you're here, you will find that you won't meet many strangers.
