Dorcas Lee Dillard is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, and graduated with a BS in Computer Science. As a computer programmer and systems auditor, Dorcas focused on improving and simplifying processes while eliminating client stress. She brings these qualities into her real estate business by providing clients with the kind of guidance and support to make their real estate experience a positive one.
Dorcas has not only been a Branch Manager at one of Central Floridas top producing real estate companies, but she continues to develop her real estate skills. She has her Brokers License and various designations including Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).
Dorcas has been identified throughout her career as a consistent sales producer and was honored as a leader in relocation referrals. She has sold homes throughout Orlando and its surrounding communities. Dorcas has referred real estate clients to other top agents throughout the U.S. with several referrals in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Florida, and California.
Dorcas continues to spend her life cultivating solid customer relationships through community involvement. She spends countless hours working on advisory boards and mentoring programs. She has been the Ocoee Youth Council Coordinator since 2018 for civic minded high school students. Dorcas serves as a board member of Smile for a Lifetime, providing free braces to West Orlando youth in need and serves as Vice Chair of her Homeowners Association Board. She spent over 10 years as an Ambassador of the West Orange Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chair of S.T.A.R.S. (Supplies to Assist our Students) providing book bags and school supplies to over 15,000 disadvantage students at 52 schools throughout the county.
