Eric recently entered the real estate business in 2014 but has already established himself as a well liked and respected local real estate agent. Mr. Kelley is a native Floridian and life long resident. Although he grew up in Brevard county, Eric also spent a vast amount of time in Volusia county, having relatives who live in Port Orange and Daytona Beach. Prior to his professional real estate career Eric spent the past 5 years in the hospitality management industry in Orlando, Florida. There he was able to hone in on his customer service skills, which as you can imagine have become invaluable to his real estate business.
While he is active in serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in his local community, Eric works frequently with clients from out of state, and first time home buyers. He also works with clients that are permanently relocating to Daytona Beach and surrounding areas or clients who are looking for a second home. Eric has a growing clientele of investment property buyers and sellers as well.His knowledge of Florida living combined with his familiarity with the local area have tremendously aided him in meeting his clients needs to find not just a home, but the right home.
