In my 9 short years in the Real Estate world, I have earned an Ivy League education. When I started in this Industry, the market was stable. Suddenly within 1 year, the market boomed. They were exciting times for many, but dangerous as well.
Many of us purchased property with little or no money down with just a signature. So with the good, came the bad. The market then corrected itself and many people got stuck holding the bag on a bunch of Real Estate they never intended on having to hold onto. Prices declined significantly over the next 3 years. I had my hand caught in the cookie jar as well. I learned so much in those 4 years.
In the years preceeding the collapse, I was involved in many different facets of Real Estate including but not limited to construction, rehabbing, purchase and sale of vacant land, and traveling around the country with Donal Trump's The Learning Annex. The Learning Annex linked experts in their respective fields with prospective buyers, investors, etc. We traveled the country educating investors on our local market.
Over the years I have been the recipient of numerous awards based on sales. I have been with the Sellstate family now for 7 years. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of The Greater Ft. Myers and the Beach Board of Realtors. I have an excellent record as an Agent, and I look forward to earning your business.
