Wells is a sixth-generation Floridian, with both sets of parents and grandparents hailing from Floridas panhandle. Growing up in the 30A village of Grayton Beach, Wells has a wealth of connections to the area, through both family and business, allowing him to be uniquely situated to stay on top of the constantly changing real estate market. His love for and knowledge of the area is unsurpassed, and he is available to offer his real estate expertise, whether you plan to buy or sell.

Wells attended Florida State University, where he received his undergraduate degree in Business Management and his Masters Degree in Business Administration. Between undergraduate and graduate school, Wells relocated to Beaver Creek, Colorado, where he honed his customer service skills in the service industry, while skiing, traveling, and meeting people from all corners of the world. While he relished his time in Colorado, he always knew he would be coming back to the 30A area to start his career.

After completing his Masters Degree, Wells took the plunge into the world of real estate and hasnt turned back. He has been fortunate to assist numerous clients find their perfect 2nd homes and investment properties, and with the national reputation of Engel & Vlkers, he is well prepared to offer his sellers the most advantageous marketing of their properties.

When Wells is not working, he enjoys supporting all things Florida State, fishing, traveling, beach sunsets, staying active, and cooking.
