Since I started my career in the real estate field back in 1999 I have only worked for two real estate offices, in the first office I started as a real estate agent and quickly climbed the latter to become the office manager thanks to my skills, professionalism and the willingness to teach and educate other agents in the office on how to achieve their goals.
In 2004 I decided that it was time to move on and with the help of God my wife and my children I started the office that is called today Fast Service Realty, since then I have not only helped my agents grow their maximum potential in the real estate careers but also
have helped 100s of families obtain for some the biggest asset they will ever own, their Castle.
I made a promise to my self back in 1999 when I started my real estate career, that my first priority was going to be to educate myself to the extent of becoming an expert in my field, I knew that by achieving this goal I was not only going to be able to educate and teach my agents but also most importantly you the consumer, thanks to that first promise I have been able to endure in my career as a full time real estate broker throughout the hardships we have all experienced in the last few years, with so many hard working and honest people not being able to afford paying for their homes any longer.
These past few years have hit every one where it hurts the most, in our livelihood and this is why I went back to the books and have attended many specialty classes and seminars to become an expert on this market we are in, because I know I need to keep on helping families now more then ever, besides my regular real estate continuing education courses I have achieved various designations and expertise like the CRS Designation (Certified
Residential Specialist), the SFR Designation (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) and the CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert), this last CDPE Designation has given me the knowledge and expertise to deal with banks and to negotiate short sales for you and to also advise you on the different options you have besides going into Foreclosure.
I am most importantly here to help you with all of your real estate needs now! Because I know that if I do, I will not only be your Realtor in the future but thanks to your gratitude and referrals, I will be your whole familys and friends for years to come.
