Tessa was born and raised in the Netherlands with a Croatian background. Tessa has a master degree in entrepreneurship & strategy, a background in finance and always had a passion for real estate and interior design.

After re-locating from Amsterdam to Miami she started to work for a luxury rental boutique, managing the Miami market. During this time she learned a lot about the high-end water villa properties located on the beach and the islands ( Sunset, Fisher, Palm, Venetian Island). Besides learning about the market and design, she developed her clientele and relationships. Tessa had clients from all over the world included famous dj's, singers, athletes and businessmen. The next logical step was focusing on sales, since all her clients fell in love with Miami and were willing to invest in a house or condo.

Her main focus is to listen to what clients are telling her and to help them in every way possible to make their dreams become reality, while ensuring the process is stress-free andFUN! Due to her Dutch work ethic, passion for real estate and having success in finding dream homes for clients.
