My name is Raymond York. I served our country as a Sergeant of Marines from 1995 - 2005 and have been a licensed Realtor since 2009.
As a Marine I was trained to apply 14 principles to not only my work, but also to my daily life. Justice, Judgement, Dependability, Integrity, Decisiveness, Tact, Initiative, Enthusiasm, Bearing, Unselfishness, Courage, Knowledge, Loyalty and Endurance. These are not just words; they are the ideals and principles to live by every day.
Realtor is a title I also take very seriously, and I would be honored if you will trust me with your real estate needs. As an owner of a construction business as well I am ready and able to assist you in many different challenges of buying or selling a home. All I will ask for is one chance to prove my loyalty, experience and dedication.
In doing so, I will also do the simple things that if you have purchased or sold real property before you will appreciate. Things like answer my phone when you call, if I cannot answer I will call you back the same day, and respond to your text messages or emails promptly.
Not all transactions are the same and neither are Realtors. Picking the Realtor that best fits your needs is paramount. This means if I am not the best fit for your area of interest then I will at no charge to you find you the best Realtor in that area and refer you to them. I will also follow up with them regularly to ensure your expectations are being met.
Each transaction is unique and I will give my undivided attention to it regardless if it is a first home or an investment property. Now let's get to work.
