Kathleen Gallagher McIvers real estate career started at an early age in a family-owned real estate company that was established in 1954 by her father, Don Gallagher, based in Winter Park, FL. The company operated independently until joining The Prudential franchise and established The Prudential Gallagher Properties in the Orlando-Central Florida area with five branch offices, a Relocation Center, a Property Management department, and a Commercial department. She served as the Sr Vice President & Operations Manager of the business until they sold the company in January 2001. Other positions held included Corporate Relocation Director and Branch Manager (two different branches) and Broker of the Property Management division. Kathleen has been working in the real estate relocation industry since 1986 handling Corporate Relocation and foreclosures for several banks and Third Party Relocation companies. Some of the clients she has worked with include Mitsubishi Power Systems, Florida Hospital, AT&T, Siemens-Westinghouse, Walt Disney World, Hard Rock Caf International, Tower Communications, Florida Hospital, Catholic Diocese of Orlando, US Department of Justice, IRS, US Department of Defense, and Unicell Paper Corporation just to name a few. Kathleen was Vice President and Sales Manager of RE/MAX Town & Country Realty in Winter Springs. She managed a sales staff of over 50 agents who produced over $200M in sales volume for the year 2005. She is a licensed Florida real estate Broker having been licensed since 1988 and is still actively selling real estate after retiring from management.
