I am a Jacksonville native and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School (1988). I attained a degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida (1991). As a Navy wife of 20 years, I have lived and taught school in various places including, Puerto Rico, Memphis, TN, Pensacola, FL and Virginia Beach, VA. While in Memphis, TN, I completed a MA degree in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis. I found myself assisting military friends with relocating to various areas by conducting research on schools, jobs, housing market, etc., which prompted my interest in real estate. I've always heard that, a person's ideal job is what he/she finds himself doing for free or for pleasure. For me that is real estate; I absolutely love working as a real estate agent (educating and assisting people with becoming home owners). So, I proceeded to get a Virginia real estate license in 2002 before deciding to come home to Florida where I have been licensed in real estate since 2006. Though I reside in Clay County, I am knowledgeable of the surrounding counties (Duval, St. Johns, Nassau) and I assist buyers and sellers in these areas as well. My experience includes working with veterans, first time home buyers, as well as investors with the purchase of short sales, foreclosures, new construction and resale homes.
