Tanya has been working in the Gainesville and surrounding counties property management and real estate industry for over twenty-six years. She is a licensed broker and a member of our local Board of Realtors where she serves on numerous committees that are designed to maintain professionalism in real estate and further education and compliance in the field.
Tanya is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Through IREM, Tanya has had special training and courses in property management. She is currently a CPM Candidate and is scheduled to complete requirements and become a CPM (Certified Property Manager) by April 2012.
I own my own rental property and understand the needs of both the home owner and the property, as well as the importance of good communication and documentation. I am dedicated and take pride in the services I render to my property owners/investors. I truly manage your property as I do my own.
In my free time I enjoy playing beach volleyball, practicing Pilates and Yoga and spending time at my home with my friends and family.
