My name is Dale Rhodes. I decided to get into Real Estate because of disappointing experiences that I had where I could not get agents to respond to me when I called. After missing opportunities to buy homes that I wanted, I decided that I could do better. I focused on getting my Real Estate License so that I could begin to serve clients the way they deserve to be served. I pride myself in providing exceptional services to my clients. I assure that every client is treated with the respect and attention that they deserve. I treat every property as if it were my own. In that way both the seller and the buyer are going to receive the absolute best service.
I am very dedicated to what I do and I hold myself to very high standards. I served in the United State Marine Corps, so I understand Discipline, Commitment and Hard Work. People will get their phone call answered or returned quickly without exception. You never have to try and figure out what I am doing as I stay in contact with all my clients and keep them abreast of any developments or needs, as well as, the things that I am doing to give their property the best opportunity to be sold or leased.
As a Pastor of a local church I also understand how important integrity is. It is vital people to know that I will represent my clients with integrity, honesty and sincerity.
YOUR best interest is always my main focus. As a Real Estate Advisor I understand it is more important for me to represent your interest than how much I am going to make.
I have been in sales most of my life. I have been a sales manager, owned and operated Fitness Centers and Fire and Security Businesses.
I have been in Real Estate for several years and I have specialized in Vacant Land. I have been so effective with land sales and purchases that it has earned me the nickname The Land Man. In my first year in real estate, I had over 1.3 million dollars in sales with the majority of that being vacant land that sold for less than 10,000 dollars per lot. That means I sold a lot of land! That year I knocked on over 12,000 doors in order to sell the that land. I have become very adapt to finding and selling land.
In recent years I have learned to diversify and work in Commercial Sales, Commercial Leasing, and Home Sales, as well as, Vacant Land. I have been very successful with the properties that I have listed. Since I have began my real estate business, I have had less than five properties that I did not sell in the first listing period.
I love this business and I get great satisfaction out of helping people dream and then help them make their dreams come true. I get joy out of helping clients achieve their real estate needs. Whether it is selling or buying I can and will help.
