I have been licensed in real estate since 2009 and became a broker in 2014. I enjoy working with every type of home buyer or seller and am very experienced in working with investors on investment type properties and flips. Some of my most memorable transactions have been helping first-time homebuyers achieve the American dream of home ownership. I am a "think outside the box" professional and embrace the challenge of coming up with creative solutions to issues that may arise to make sure everyone gets to the closing table.
Aside from assisting with buying or selling, I am also an experienced property manager. I manage all types of properties including commercial spaces, condos, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, and single family homes. Property management has allowed me to build lasting relationships with investors and tenants that has led to long term continued business.
I grew up outside of Philadelphia and moved to St. Petersburg in 1996. I moved to Tampa in 2003 and have lived in different areas of Tampa until settling in South Tampa. This has contributed to my extensive knowledge of the real estate market in different areas of St. Pete and Tampa. I am a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Rays, Lightning, and Bucs and like to cheer them on with my husband and friends. I love my community and give back by volunteering for the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as well as helping the community in other ways. Curling up with a good book and our cat, The Fat Rat, is one of my favorite ways to spend a rainy Florida day. When the sun is shining I like to take walks or runs and look forward to doing this with our boxer puppy, Tebow, that will join our family in October.
