I've been a full-time realtor since 1987 and the proud broker/owner of Koala Realty since 2005. I have always loved the challenge of finding the right home for the right buyer at the right price. I enjoy working with first time homebuyers, because the process is so exciting for them, and they really do need the benefit of my experience in navigating the ins and outs of a real estate transaction.
I have worked extensively with short sales and foreclosures and have achieved the CDPE designation. (Ceritified Distressed Property Expert).
I have always beleived that real estate is an unparalleled investment opportunity ... and a means to build generational wealth. Over the past 10 years, even when you factor in the real estate bubble we've just witnessed, real estate has appreciated 30%! In order to better help my clients purchase great real estate investments, I have obtained my CIAS designation. (Certified Investor Agent Specialist.)
I was born in Massachusetts, lived in Montreal for 25 years (Oui je parle un peu francais!), and I've lived in the Davie/Cooper City area for over 25 years.
I am a wife, mother of two, and grandmother of five ... and I treat my clients with the same care and concern that I give my family.
