Real estate is a second career for me. I started in the service industry, working face to face in retail as a sales associate all the way up to a director of operations. The road to owning my brokerage started in the boom of the early 2000's as a buyer's agent on a small team with GMAC real estate. After a year, I was able to build a diversified team and quickly became a top producing agent. When the market crashed around 2008, I spent a few years learning the ins and outs of the mortgage business and have worked as a loan processing assistant, loan processor, harp loan specialist, and as a regional mortgage operations manager. During my tenure in mortgage I held a NMLS registration and worked with Conventional (conforming and non-conforming), FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC (home equity lines of credit), BOND, and other creative loan scenarios. I also spent time working in the new construction field to better learn all product types. I am an expert in mortgage underwriting and understand how to make a loan happen. I have personally closed 100's of real estate transactions and can make the process for you seamless. My current and previous licenses include the following: Florida real estate brokers license, Florida real estate instruction license, Florida real estate corporation, National mortgage registration, KY state mortgage license, Kentucky real estate broker license, Series 7 General Securities Representative License, and Series 66 Investment Advisor Representative (all 50 states, VI, PR, and DC).
In my spare time, I love to give back to the community and have served as a Boy Scout leader for the past 7 years. I love the outdoors, traveling, fishing, golf, and geology.
