A native of Northern Virginia, I attended school in Fairfax County and returned to the area, after earning a degree at the University of Richmond, to become a tenured elementary school teacher in Arlington County. During my 30 plus years here, I have seen the area grow from inside the Beltway out. Now, a resident of Loudoun County, it is my pleasure to serve my community as a Realtor, Accredited Buyer Agent and Certified Relocation Agent. My knowledge of the local market, including economic trends and future growth and development, will help both buyers and sellers make the best decisions for their real estate transactions.
As a Buyer Agent, I work with my clients to determine appropriate price range, area, features and benefits of different home types and identify the best match for their personal needs. We will explore current resale inventory and proactively search out needed inventory to match a specific need. Our growing county also provides many opportunities in new construction. My clients who choose to build their home receive the best service as they walk through the process - selecting a model, lot location, structural options and decorator choices - always keeping personal needs and future resale value in mind.
Sellers receive current, updated market information to help them determine the most likely price their home will sell for, and best plan to maximize their net. In preparing the home, sellers receive "above and beyond services" such as organizing and staging, expanded, extensive home tours, and local and national promotion of their home. Throughout the contract process, sellers receive expert contract negotiations, moving their transaction from contract to closing with the least time and stress and their highest net.
