Chris Bunnell is a full-time Realtor - Broker Associate with Watson Realty Corp., and has the backing of one of the largest real estate companies in Central Florida. He joined Watson in 2008 and has sold over 50 million dollars worth of real estate volume. He's also been awarded the 5 Star Professional award for outstanding customer service and been the featured agent on HGTV's House Hunters. Chris graduated from Providence College in R.I. with a BS in Marketing. He moved to Central Florida in 1997 and worked in the Walt Disney World Marketing Department until 2005. He works closely with his mother-in-law, Pat Zajkowski of Longwood - Watson's first Central Florida agent and a top producer for the past 34 years. He has serviced corporate relocation clients from top local businesses, including: Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Darden Restaurants, Hard Rock Hotels, Lockheed Martin and Wyndham Vacation Ownership. He holds the SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) certification from the National Association of Realtors.
Chris is a proud resident of the Enclave at Berkshire Park in Windermere, FL. Where he has served as Vice President for his community's board of directors. Chris currently sits on the Board of Directors for Windermere Little League and is a Notary Public. He is happily married and has two children (Carly, 14 and Benjamin, 12).
