With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, I started my career in construction and development while settling in Texas where I met my wife of 33 years, Nancy. Together we raised five sons. While in Texas, I obtained my Real Estate License and was a partner or principal in numerous residential and commercial developments. I expanded my development, building and sales expertise from Texas to the Midwest to Florida to include luxury and zero-lot-line homes, condominiums, townhomes, luxury lofts, apartments, retail stores, commercial offices, restaurants, hotels, and destination resorts.With my vast direct experience, key negotiating skills, and strong leadership, I have a proven track record of fulfilling the needs of my clients and customers whether they are selling or buying homes, developing commercial real estate, or looking for income producing properties. I am dedicated and determined to see that anything I undertake for a client or customer is listed, marketed, sold, developed, constructed, and/or managed with the highest level of professional quality and expertise possible. I have a unique perspective on real estate unlike the vast majority of real estate agents you will encounter.
