My name is Danielle Kitchens, but you can call me Dani.
I specialize in waterfront, and rural real estate properties, and also work with many investors on fix and flips.
I also work with a lot of first time home buyers, and enjoy making the home buying process as easy as I can for their first time.
I started my real estate journey in 2016 as a Broker Assistant for a Real estate company in Fleming Island FL, and worked my way into becoming the office manager/ transaction coordinator/ marketing manager at age 23.
In 2017 I decided that Real estate was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life, and that I could be of great service to my home town (Green Cove Springs, FL) if I became an agent. I am so glad I took that leap, and became a REALTOR!
