Initially licensed as a Sales Associate in 2004, she became a Broker Associate in 2006. A resident of Martin County for over 20 years, she has extensive knowledge of the real estate and services in our area. Janice does research to interpret local market data, then structures an attractive offer with the highest probability of success for her clients.

The skills Janice developed during her 20 years in administration; the last 5 of which she was the Administrative Director of Emergency Services for Martin Memorial Health Systems have enabled her to be successful in very challenging markets. Janice and her team have been recognized by Century 21 for their success by receiving the Centurion and Quality Service Awards in 2016. Janices exceptional communication and leadership skills enable her to quickly assess the needs of her clients to develop a plan of action that leads to a successful outcome.

Janices unselfish dedication to the community is paramount as proven by her involvement in many local organizations. Janice is the 2016-2017 Chair of the Stuart Martin County Chamber of Commerce and a member of several non-profit board of directors.
