I was born in Daytona Beach, FL and am part of the fourth generation to call this beautiful area home. I moved to Washington, D.C. with my family when I was a teenager where I graduated from high school and then received my undergraduate degree and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the D.C. area and Ive been actively involved in community and civic affairs over the years, serving as an elected Council Member in the Town of Chevy View, MD and as a PTA and civic association president, among many other activities. For the last 18 years, I've been practicing real estate and have been licensed in Maryland, D.C., Virginia and Florida.

During those years, Daytona Beach was never far from my heart and mind. Much of my family is here and Ive returned often to visit, eventually buying a second home, and investing in and managing several properties. Now that our three children are grown, my husband and I decided to make the move to become full-time residents of the Sunshine State several years ago.

I know the Greater Daytona Beach area well and have been a student of its real estate and business trends over the years, keeping my finger on the pulse of market conditions for over 20 years.
